Lugtons Real Estate have launched a marketing campaign for section sales at Tuumata Rise, which is located at Powells Road and is part of the Ruakura Superhub estate. It’s TGH’s 98-lot residential subdivision for up to 132 dwellings in a mix of standalone and duplex houses. A number of sections are already contracted to our build partners – Golden Homes, Urban Homes and G.J. Gardener Homes.
Earthworks, undergrounding of powerlines and civil construction of stage 1 of the development is complete. This includes extensive landscape planting, and formation of a 1.7ha wetland to manage stormwater and will incorporate walkways for the new community to enjoy. Much of this work has been completed by tribally-owned businesses such as Cambridge Construction Company which is the main contractor for civil works across the project, along with two other businesses owned by Waikato-Tainui members - sub-contractor Harden Up Concrete, and MacDonald Fencing and Construction.
